For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
IMPROPER GROWTH OF WEEDS OR GRASSES: All accumulations of weeds and grasses over ten inches (10") in height.
NOXIOUS WEEDS: Any plant which is defined as a "noxious weed" on the list published and incorporated in the rules and regulations of the Illinois department of agriculture from time to time, pursuant to the Illinois noxious weed law, 505 Illinois Compiled Statutes 100/1 et seq., as amended, or any successor statute thereto.
