Whenever complaint is made to the Corporate Authorities that a public nuisance exists, or has existed, within the Village, the Chief of Police shall be promptly notified, or some other Village official whom the Mayor shall designate, who shall forthwith inspect or cause to be inspected the premises and shall make a written report of his findings to the Mayor. Whenever practicable, the inspection officer shall cause photographs to be made of the premises and shall file the same in the Office of the Village Clerk. (Ord. 366-86, 4-8-1986; amd.
