1-5-5: RULES OF ORDER:
   A.   Order Of Business: The order of business to be observed at all meetings of the board of trustees shall be as follows:
      1.   Roll call of members.
      2.   Reading of minutes of the previous meeting, and approval thereof.
      3.   Reports of committees.
      4.   Reports of officers.
      5.   Unfinished business.
      6.   New business.
      7.   Adjournment.
The above order of business may be suspended upon a majority vote of trustees present. (Ord. 105-58, 7-15-1958; amd. 1995 Code)
   B.   Quorum: A majority of the members of the board of trustees, inclusive of the mayor, shall constitute a quorum to do business, but no ordinance shall be passed except upon a favorable vote of a majority of the elected members as is provided by statute.    C.   Voting: Every trustee who shall be present when a question is stated from the chair shall vote thereon unless excused by a majority of the trustees present. (Ord. 105-58, 7-15-1958; amd. 1995 Code)
   D.   Robert's Rules Of Order: The village mayor shall decide all questions of order, and in all cases not specifically provided for by law or ordinance, shall be governed in his decisions by parliamentary law as prescribed by "Robert's Rules Of Order" as revised from time to time.
