3-12-7: COLLECTION:
Whenever any person shall fail to pay any tax as provided in this chapter, the village attorney shall, upon request of the office of the Chief Operating Officer, bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce the payment of such tax on behalf of the village in any court of competent jurisdiction.
