3-5-12: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Every person who wilfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be liable to a fine or penalty of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) per violation.
