3-5-4: EXCLUSIONS:

This chapter shall not apply to any person conducting or engaging in the business of providing entertainment or amusement where admission charges are to be used exclusively for charitable, eleemosynary, educational or religious purposes. (Ord. 1303-09, 11-16-2009)
