At the time of the application for a license, the applicant shall submit a certification from the Lake County board of health and from the village building inspector that the proposed licensed premises are in conformity with all of the regulations and ordinances of the village and of the county. If the current Lake County board of health certificate is not available at the time of application, the licensee shall submit the certification to the village clerk within thirty (30) days of issuance of such certification.
