No such license shall be issued under this chapter to any person not eligible for a state retail liquor dealer's license nor to any applicant made ineligible under the liquor control act as it may from time to time be amended. Any person shall be deemed ineligible to hold a license pursuant to 5/6-2 of the Illinois liquor control act of 1934, as amended. (Ord. 1447-13, 4-15-2013)
