Each license shall indicate its term. All annual licenses shall be operative and the license year for the village shall commence on February 1 of each year. No license shall be granted for a period longer than one year. Except where otherwise provided herein, every license shall expire on January 31 following the date of issuance.
Except as otherwise provided herein, each license may be renewed upon proper application and payment of the required fee. The requirements and procedures for granting and issuing a license renewal shall be the same as the requirements and procedures for granting a new license. (Ord. 1474-13, 11-18-2013)
