3-1-6: ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF LICENSE:
If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and the related investigative report, the chief operating officer determines that the applicant does not meet the standards set forth in this chapter, he shall deny such license. Thereupon, the chief operating officer shall promptly notify the applicant that no license will be issued, indicating the reasons therefor.
If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and the related investigative report, the chief operating officer determines that the applicant meets the standards set forth in this chapter, he shall grant such license and the chief operating officer shall notify the applicant thereof.
