4-1-3: BONDS, LICENSING AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.    Bond: No person operating an aerial spray business and using the Hawley Municipal Airport facilities shall conduct such business or allow its aircraft to operate from the Hawley Municipal Airport without first having furnished to the City a bond in the sum of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) conditioned upon the proper storage, handling and disposal of chemicals used in such aerial spray operation and to protect the City from any loss or damage as a result of any discharge or spillage of such chemicals.    B.    Permission From City; Insurance: No person shall operate an aerial spray business from the Hawley Municipal Airport or allow its planes to use the Hawley Municipal Airport and its aerial spray facility without first having made application to the City for permission to do so and having paid to the City fees and provided liability insurance in such amounts as the City Council may establish from time to time by resolution.
   C.    State Aircraft And Applicator Licenses: No aerial spray applicator using the Hawley Municipal Airport for the conduct of his business shall allow any aircraft to operate from the Hawley Municipal Airport without such aircraft being property licensed by the State and the Federal Aeronautics Administration and without applicator having a proper aerial spray applicator license from the State.
