A. No person operating an aerial spray application business and using the Hawley Municipal Airport in connection therewith shall store or dispose of chemicals used in such operation in any manner other than as provided by the State and Federal regulations for such storage and disposition.
B. No person operating an aerial spray applicator business and using the Hawley Municipal Airport facilities shall dump or otherwise dispose of chemicals used in such operation in any manner that would contaminate the grounds within the airport boundaries. (Ord. 179, 4-22-1987)
