4-1-1: USE OF SPRAY FACILITY REQUIRED:

No person conducting an aerial spray applicator's business and using the Hawley Municipal Airport in connection therewith shall load or unload chemicals, or clean or wash aircraft involved in aerial spray applications, at any location at the Hawley Municipal Airport other than within the aerial spray facility provided at said airport. (Ord. 179, 4-22-1987)
