3-2-14: PROHIBITED ACTS:
   A.    Minors:
      1.    Persons Excluded From Liquor Places: No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall enter, frequent or loiter in any place where intoxicating liquors or 3.2 percent malt liquors are sold, dispensed or otherwise furnished, except that such persons may enter restaurants licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor for the sole purpose of purchasing food for consumption on the premises and may remain therein for such time as they are in fact purchasing and consuming food. This Section does not prohibit such persons from entering a place where intoxicating liquors or 3.2 percent malt liquors are sold for the sole purposes of transacting business therein, or for the purposes of being employed as entertainers or as employees working in conjunction with the serving of food therein.
      2.    Buying Of Liquor For Minors: No person shall furnish intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor to a person under the age of twenty one (21) years, nor shall any person allow such persons under the age of twenty one (21) years to consume or possess intoxicating liquors or 3.2 percent malt liquors in any residential, multiple dwelling unit, hotel or motel room, or any other premises under his control or supervision, except that the parent or guardian of such person under the age of twenty one (21) years may furnish such intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor to such persons in their own residences and as otherwise permitted by State law.    B.    Open Containers: No person shall mix or prepare liquor for consumption nor shall any person consume any intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor, nor shall any person have in his possession in an open container any intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor on any street or in any public place of business not licensed under this Chapter. No person shall consume, nor shall any person have in his possession an open container of, intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor in any motor vehicle within the City at any time.
