3-2-12: HOURS AND DAYS OF SALE:
   A.    The hours and days of sale for licenses issued pursuant to the terms of this Chapter shall be the same as those set forth in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, adopted by reference as part of this Chapter. (Ord. 171, 1-11-1982)
   B.    No sale of any product, including, but not limited to, intoxicating liquors, shall be made on the premises of any on- sale license holder after twelve forty five o'clock (12:45) A.M. And that no persons, except as hereinafter specified, shall remain on the premises of any on-sale license holder after one o'clock (1:00) A.M. Bona fide employees of the license holder or janitorial service may remain upon the premises after one o'clock (1:00) A.M., but only if they are actively engaged in the cleanup operation of the premises. No person remaining on said premises, including employees of the premises or the license holder thereof, shall consume any intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor on the licensed premises after one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until the licensed premises can next properly be opened for business. Any unconsumed intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor which had been served to patrons or employees, but not consumed, shall promptly be disposed of into the wastewater system on the premises promptly at one o'clock (1:00) A.M. No unconsumed intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor shall be removed from the premises for consumption in a different place by patron or employee at any time. (Ord. 222, 4-19-1999)
