Where the developer has submitted all data required for both the preliminary and final plat, the planning commission, following a public hearing on said plat, may recommend to the city council approval of both the preliminary and final plat simultaneously. Upon such recommendation the city council may follow the above procedure as when a final plat is submitted. (Ord. 232, 12-2-2002)
