12-1-10: AUTHORITY:
The planning commission of the city is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve and disapprove applications for the subdivision of land, including sketch plans, preliminary plats, and final plats. The planning commission may grant variances from these regulations pursuant to the provisions of section 12-7-6 of this title. (Ord. 232, 12-2-2002)
