2-6-4: POWERS AND DUTIES:

The planning commission shall be the planning agency and shall have the powers and duties given such agencies generally by Minnesota statutes sections 462.351 through 462.364. It shall also exercise the duties conferred upon it by this chapter. (Ord. 221, 4-5-1999)
