2-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this Section, the following terms shall have the following definitions:
ACT: Minnesota Statutes, sections 469.090 through 469.108.
AUTHORITY: The Hawley Economic Development Authority.
CITY: The City of Hawley, Minnesota.
COUNCIL: The duly elected governing body of the City.
ENABLING RESOLUTION: The resolution of the City Council establishing the Hawley Economic Development Authority pursuant to the Act and all amendments hereto. (Ord. 191, 3-8-1993)
