For the purpose of this Chapter, the following words and their derivations shall have the meanings as set out herein:
CHAIRPERSON: Chairperson of the Star Cluster Commission as provided hereunder.
COMMISSION: The Star Cluster Commission of the area as created by this Chapter.
COUNCIL: The individual city councils of the individual city members.
PLANNING COMMISSION: City Planning Commission of each of the individual cities represented.
SECRETARY: Secretary of the Star Cluster Commission as provided hereunder.
VICE CHAIRPERSON: Vice Chairperson of the Star Cluster Commission as provided hereunder. (Ord. 196, 1-26-1994)
