9-2-6: PENALTY:

Any person violating this Chapter by failing to affix the proper numbers or affixing unauthorized numbers is guilty of a petty misdemeanor punishable by the maximum allowed penalty for such offense as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 201, 7-11-1994; 1996 Code)
