A. Assigning Numbers: The City Administrator is hereby authorized to implement this Chapter by preparing all necessary maps and assigning numbers, and by disseminating information regarding number designations by any appropriate means.
B. Numbers Outside City Limits: The City Administrator may, upon request of the owner or occupant thereof, provide a number designation for any premises lying within one mile of the City limits. Any number issued for a property owner lying outside the City limits shall be subject to change immediately without notice at the discretion of the City Administrator. No property rights shall vest in any number granted under this Chapter. (Ord. 201, 7-11-1994)
