8-3-10: PAYMENT OF CHARGES:

Statements for stormwater utility fees shall be made a part of the present utility billing system invoiced through the Hawley public utility commission at city hall on a monthly basis. All charges shall be subject to established procedures for determining and collecting customer charges. (Ord. 250, 7-20-2009)
