A. Fees Set By Resolution: The fees or charges for tapping or connecting, either directly or indirectly, with any water main within the limits of the city shall be set by resolution from time to time.
B. Additional Connections On One Lot: Fees or charges shall be paid for each and every such tapping and connection from each and every lot, and from each and every house, dwelling, residence, store, hotel or building of whatsoever name or nature and whether the same be made directly or indirectly, or through or by means of the connection with said water main of any other lot or house, dwelling, residence, store, hotel or other building; provided, however, that when more than one building other than permanent dwelling or residence is situated on any lot, piece or parcel of land, a connection from such building may be considered as only one connection and only one charge as aforesaid shall be made therefor.
C. All such tapping fees shall be credited to the water fund of the city. (Ord. 214, 9-22-1997)
