A. Appointment; Terms Of Office: The park board shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the mayor, with the consent of the city council. The members shall serve for three (3) year terms. One seat may be filled by a member of the city council on the park board. (Ord. 255, 1-10-2011)
B. Removal From Board: Any member may be removed by the mayor, with the consent of the city council, after a hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the remainder of the original term. Each member shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
C. Officers Of Board: The board shall choose one of its members as the chairperson and another member as the secretary. Each member shall reside in the city. (Ord. 200, 6-22-1994)
