5-4-21: PENALTY:
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or ninety (90) days in jail or both. (Ord. 243, 4-23-2007)
