A. Date Of Election: Beginning with the 1996 election, the regular city election shall be held biennially on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even numbered year.
B. Terms And Transitions: Two (2) council members shall be elected for four (4) year terms at each biennial city election commencing in 1996. The mayor shall be elected for a two (2) year term commencing in the year 2008, and at every biennial election thereafter. (Ord. 244, 10-8-2007)
