5-4-20: ENFORCEMENT:
The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the police department, or the Minnesota department of natural resources, the animal damage control department of the United States department of agriculture, or any other person duly designated by the Hawley chief of police. (Ord. 243, 4-23-2007)
