1-5-3: MAYOR'S POWER TO VOTE:
The mayor shall have the right to vote on all questions or propositions, motions, resolutions or other matters coming up for consideration and may move or second any question under consideration and take part in debate. (Ord. 36, 6-3-1907; amd. 1996 Code)
