5-4-10: DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY BY DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
It shall be the obligation and responsibility of the owner of any domestic animal to prevent such animal from molesting, defiling, or destroying any property, public or private. (Ord. 243, 4-23-2007)
