5-4-8: DOGS AND CATS IN HEAT:
Any female dog or cat in heat shall be kept confined indoors, or impounded for the duration of her season (estrus cycle) in a commercial dog kennel, the cost of which shall be borne by the owner. (Ord. 243, 4-23-2007)
