Meetings of the city council shall be held in some accessible place or room where the public may attend and the order of business shall be as follows:
A. Called to order by the mayor or in his or her absence by one of the council members.
B. Roll call.
C. Reading of minutes of previous meetings.
D. Reports from committees.
E. Business, unfinished.
F. Business, new.
G. Auditing of bills.
H. Adjournment.
In all matters not mentioned the meeting shall be governed by the ordinary rules of order. (Ord. 36, 6-3-1907)
