The total amount of the service charge for the delivery of fire service shall be determined based on flat rates, rates per hour, and actual costs as set annually by the Hawley area fire district board.
For those charges determined based on an hourly rate, the total number of hours shall be calculated from the time the first firetruck leaves the fire hall until all trucks and equipment are returned to the fire hall. (Ord. 265, 4-21-2014)
