The service charge imposed by this chapter applies to fire service provided by the Hawley area fire district within the city's service area. The service charge applies, and shall be billed, to any person, or the owner of any property, receiving fire service, including as a result of a motor vehicle accident, within the service area, regardless of whether they reside or own property within the city. Such persons shall be required to pay the service charge applicable to the fire service delivered. (Ord. 265, 4-21-2014)
