With permission, city employees or other agents may enter upon private premises at a reasonable time for the purposes of carrying out the duties assigned to them under this chapter. The employee or agent shall advise the occupants, if any, of the premises of the purpose of his or her visit before making the inspection. Upon finding violation of this chapter, the employee or agent may issue a notice or citation for the violation found. (Ord. 873, 11-1-2010)
