Driveway approaches located within five feet (5') of existing curb returns at an alley intersection may be merged with the alley intersection. The total distance of the driveway length plus the alley width measured along the bottom of the driveway to the opposite alley line shall not exceed forty feet (40'). (Ord. 483, 3-21-1960)
