All commercial driveways and all residential driveways, where the distance from the curb to the sidewalk is three feet (3') or more, shall have a radius of four feet (4').
In residential areas where the sidewalk is placed adjacent to the curb, the driveway shall have a radius of two feet (2'). (Ord. 483, 3-21-1960)
