All driveways between the curb line and property line shall be constructed of a minimum of six inches (6") of two thousand four hundred (2,400) pound Portland cement concrete at twenty eight (28) day test with six by six (6 x 6) no. 10 welded wire mesh and a minimum of four inches (4") approved gravel, subbase, and constructed to the standards and specifications on file in the office of the engineer.
