9-2-1: SUPERVISION:

The construction of concrete driveways and concrete crosswalks, used for private purposes, within street lines of the city shall be under the supervision and direction of the engineer, his authorized assistant or duly appointed inspector. (Ord. 483, 3-21-1960)
