9-1-32: SIDEWALK SEATING PERMIT:
The Director of Public Works may establish a permitting process, assess a permit fee and issue permits to a restaurant or bar seeking to establish sidewalk seating immediately adjacent to their building. The terms and conditions of the permit shall be at the discretion of the Director. (Ord. 904, 4-16-2018)
