9-1-29: INJURING SIDEWALK:

It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon, go over or across any sidewalk or curb or to ride or drive or cause to be driven any horse, cow or other animal upon, over or across any sidewalk or curb in such a manner as to mark, deface or destroy any sidewalk or curb, or cause the same to be done. (Ord. 97, 8-5-1910)
