The city judge is authorized to issue inspection warrants to authorize searches of any building or premises or other area for evidence of violations of this chapter or any other ordinance or code of the city in the same manner and form as is provided for criminal search warrants.
This authority is in addition to and shall be cumulative with any authority conferred upon the city court for the issuance of inspection warrants or other remedies by any other ordinance or code of the city or state or federal law. (Ord. 712, 5-2-1983)
