It is hereby constituted and declared a nuisance to allow within the limits of the city any vehicles, motorized or otherwise, to obstruct the passage of any street, sidewalk, or alley or other public way or place and any person who shall so obstruct any place, alley or sidewalk shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance. A person or persons who shall personally or through employees, customers or suppliers, on a regular basis, i.e., more than three (3) days out of any five (5) day period, violate this section shall be guilty of maintaining a nuisance and the notice provision shall only apply to the first such obstruction. The reasonable notice and time for notification provision of this chapter are hereby reduced to two (2) hours. (Ord. 712, 5-2-1983)
