8-5-2: OFFENSIVE ODORS:

If any person shall suffer any cellar, vault, pool or privy, private sewer, cesspool or sewage drain field upon any premises occupied by him, the person so offending shall be guilty of maintaining a nuisance. (Ord. 712, 5-2-1983)
