6-2-21: ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER NOT TO BE INTERESTED IN SALE:
The animal control officer shall not purchase or be directly or indirectly interested, in the purchase of animals sold under the provisions of this chapter, under penalty of a fine and the forfeiture of the animal control officer position. (Ord. 877, 5-2-2011)
