6-2-19: DAMAGING POUND UNLAWFUL:

(A) Violation: Any person breaking open or otherwise injuring, or in any manner directly or indirectly aiding, counseling or advising the breaking open or injuring of the pound shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(B) Penalties: See section 6-2-16 of this chapter. (Ord. 877, 5-2-2011)
