5-3-15: UNLICENSED SALE PROHIBITED:
Any person who has not been issued a license under this chapter who shall sell or keep for sale any alcoholic liquor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 623, 10-20-1975, eff. 11-19-1975)
