5-1-9: DESTROYING BILLS UNLAWFUL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, tear, mutilate, cover or otherwise deface or injure, any bill or poster posted in such a place as may be permitted, and in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 46, 8-20-1906)
