The peddling, distributing, throwing or otherwise placing or causing to be peddled, distributed, thrown, or otherwise placed upon the streets or in or upon any property or premises within the city of any handbills contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance.
When any person shall have been notified that any person employed by him is violating provisions of this chapter, any future violation of the same by any person employed by said person shall be prima facie evidence that such person caused such person in their employ to violate such provisions.
