Sec. 5. Same – Voting ballots generally.
   That at such election those voters who favor incorporating the area herein described shall vote ballots on which shall be printed the words: “For Incorporation,” and those opposed shall vote ballots on which shall be printed the words: “Against Incorporation.” If at such election a majority of the votes cast shall be for incorporation, then from and after the date of the declaration of the results of said election said area shall become a municipal corporation and the Charter contained in this Act shall be in full force and effect and all inhabitants of the area within the boundaries as established herein shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a body politic and corporate, and as such shall be entitled to all benefits and shall exercise such authority as prescribed by this Act, the Constitution and general laws of the state for municipal corporations.
